The commercial space at River Diamond in Prague-Karlín is set to be auctioned off. The auction will be run by Naxos. The project offers 480 sqm of commercial space on the ground floor of the residential scheme, which is located next to the River City office complex. Jan Sachr, director of Naxos, says the commercial space could attract retailers, who would offer their goods or services on-site, or investors looking for a conservative investment. The auction will take place Dec. 10 with bids starting at CZK 26.8m.
