Commerz Real acquired Forum City Mülheim for its open-ended real estate fund HausInvest. The seller is a special purpose vehicle administered by JP Morgan Asset Management. The purchase price was not disclosed. The two-story shopping center, offering approximately 47,300 sqm was, built in 1972 and reconstructed in 2011. Tenants include Edeka, H&M, C&A and Aldi. The complex also includes a cinema, hotel, offices and apartments, as well as 860 parking spaces. Commerz Real was advised by Dentons, while the seller was advised by JLL.
