Miami Beach-based Comras Co. bought the Grove Station Shops in Miami’s Coconut Grove neighborhood for $12.1 million. Located near the Coconut Grove Station Metrorail stop at 2720 S. Dixie Highway, the 18,962-square-foot plaza traded for $638 per square foot. Built in 1994 on a 1.45-acre site, the center’s tenants include Dunkin Donuts, Subway and AT&T Wireless. The seller was the Miami-based company Marlin Family, managed by Ann Bowen.
