Congress Driftwood acquires Bay Harbor Islands apartments from Bruder

29 January 2016

Congress Driftwood LLC has closed on a 16-unit waterfront apartment building in Bay Harbor Islands for $9 million. The two-story apartment building on East Bay Harbor Drive was built in 1957 and sits on a 22,500 square-foot site. The Bay Harbor Islands are located in the barrier island area of Northeast Miami-Dade County. The seller, Bruder Enterprises Inc., bought the property in 1995 for $960,000. Trading for $400 per square foot, Congress financed the deal with a $8.86 million mortgage provided by Revere High Yield Fund.
