The Ft. Lauderdale office of Williams Company Southeast will break ground in July on Vineland Pointe retail center in Orlando. The 447,500 square foot Disney-area shopping center is being developed by New York-based O’Connor Capital Partners. The scheme will be located on 64 acres at the intersection of Interstate 4 and Daryl Carter Parkway near Orlando Vineland Premium Outlet Mall. Vineland Pointe is being designed by Eleven18 Architecture, Orlando, and the project engineer is Harris Civil Engineers LLC, Orlando. Construction on the project is slated for completion in 2018.
