Construction stopped at Diamant

Work on the Diamant building at the bottom of Wenceslas square in Prague haS stopped. The Prague 1 construction authority says that the scope of works does not comply with the construction permit. The top portion of the project is 12 meters wider than was agreed to. The developer Mustela will have to apply for an additional construction permit as a result. Construction of the mixed use building was scheduled for completion in autumn this year, but the project is now likely to face delays. The building will offer 10,765 sqm of leasable space, 3,510 of which will be office, 5,771 sqm of retail and the rest will be apartments.
