Construction work on Galeria Bialska is now ready to kick off, after the investor signed three new tenants this week, increasing the level of the space now leased in the project to 50 percent. The list of tenants recently signed up for the project includes the shoe store CCC , Agata Home, Kolporter and Swiss, that have joined the hypermarket store Tesco and a DIY store in the mall. All of the tenants could move in into the facility in the second quarter of 2014. Once completed, the mall will offer a total of 25,000 sqm of new space in the city of Biała Podlaska. CBRE was selected to carry out the leasing of the project.
