The 331,000 sqf retail asset located at the intersection of Interstate 81 and National Pike (US Route 40) in Hagerstown, MD is anchored by Bed Bath & Beyond, Marshalls, OfficeMax, PetSmart and Regency Furniture. The property also houses ten pad sites with direct roadside visibility from both highways that features quick service restaurant brands Arby’s, IHOP, KFC, McDonald’s, Panera Bread, TGI Fridays, UNO Pizzeria & Grill, and Wendy’s. Jones Lang LaSalle represented the seller, Washington REIT. At the time of the sale asset was 93 percent leased.
