Continental Realty Corporation has purchased Mango Plaza, a 166,465 sq ft shopping center in Seffner, Florida, for $12.5m. Built in 1986, the center has been anchored by a Publix supermarket and Walmart since its opening. “The immediate area has benefited from several new multifamily and light industrial developments, including a FedEx delivery facility, and the population within three miles of Mango Plaza has experienced 10-percent growth in the past five years,” said Drew Kristol, senior director of Institutional Property Advisors, which oversaw the sale.
