Baltimore-based commercial real estate investment and management company, Continental Realty Corporation, has hired Kevin M. Hill as Vice President of Finance & Capital Markets. In his new role, Hill will be responsible for all capital market transactions, assisting with sourcing debt and equity; establishing new and strengthening existing relationships with financial institutions; tracking capital markets and submarket activity and overseeing the completion of financial analyses.
Prior to joining Continental Realty Corporation, Hill co-founded Javelin 19 Investments, a boutique commercial real estate investment and development firm, and was Vice President for The Meridian Group and Second Vice President with New York Life Investment Management. Hill holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from James Madison University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Development from Johns Hopkins University.
