Towne Square Shopping Center has been been acquired by Continental Realty Corp for $10.1m. The center, located at the intersection of Maguire and West Colonial Drive and is currently 95 percent leased. The 126,000 square foot shopping center marks the second purchase this week for the Baltimore based-company which previously purchased the Sierra Grande Apartment complex in Naples for $44.25m.
