Stiles Corporation affiliate Coral Landings Joint Venture has sold two neighboring shopping centers to Coral Landings Property group, a company tied to Global Securitization Services for $33.7 million. The sale includes 6166 to 6210 West Sample Road in Coral Springs and 3200 to 370 Northwest 62nd Avenue in Margate. The total combined retail space is 169,922 square feet and sits on a little over 23 acres for the 5 parcels. Citizens Bank of Pennsylvania granted the buyer a $22.8 million mortgage on February 10 according to Broward county records.
