Coresi Shopping Resort, underway in Brasov, is set to open in the second quarter of 2015. Construction, with an estimated budget of €60m, is about 60 percent complete, according to Tatian Diaconu, director general of Immochan Romania, which has already invested €35m in the project. The shopping center is currently 70 percent leased. The tenant mix includes Zara, Stradivarius, Oysho, Lee Cooper and Yves Rocher. Immochan is also developing another project in Bucharest’s Drumul Taberei district.
