The cornerstone ceremony was held yesterday at the Gemini Park shopping mall in the city of Bielsko Biała. Extension work has already started on the project, which currently offers 27,500 sqm of retail and service space in 80 stores. Once construction is completed, an additional 70 stores will be added to the mall, making it the biggest mall in the region.
“Our ongoing project is a response to the tenants’ needs, who are now developing their brand network on the Polish retail market,” said Rafał Sonik, president of Gemini Holdings, the special purpose vehicle for the project Gemini Park.
Once completed, the extended mall will provide a total of 47,000 sqm of retail space to the local property market.
