The cornerstone was laid this week for Neinver’s Factory outlent center in Warsaw’s Białołęka district. The centre is to be the first project of this type to be delivered in the right bank of the Warsaw’s Vistula river. Called Factory Annopol, the outlet center will provide 120 stores in 19,700 sqm of leasable space. The list of tenants already signed up at the project includes Tommy Hilfiger, Lee, Cooper, Levis, Rey jay, Big Star, Soda. The grand opening of the new Annapol Factory outlet is scheduled to be held in the first quarter of 2013.
