CPI collects €604m in revenues in 2018

CPI Property Group’s portfolio grew by €700m during 2018 thanks in part to higher property portfolio valuations, especially in Berlin and in the Czech Republic. According to the company’s published results for 2018, it completed €290m worth of acquisitions. The company produced €604m in revenues, which marked a 17 percent increase compared to 2017, but profits fell to 9 percent to €631m. The company has also been reducing debt, to the point that is current net loan to value ratio fell to 36.7 percent last year. That’s down from 57 percent as of the end of 2017.
