CPI Group opened the second phase of its Třinec retail park in North Moravia. The second phase adds five new units to the park. The first phase, which included 3,600 sqm in six units, was completed in 2007 next to the existing Tesco hypermarket. The second phase, completed on Nov. 29, added another 3,500 sqm to the park. The second phase was fully leased upon completion. New tenants include JYSK, Elektro Planeo, GATE, Deichmann and Dráčik. CPI Group’s retail portfolio currently includes 520,000 sqm of space, half of which is located in retail parks.
