CPI Property Group has acquired the Bondy shopping center in Mladá Boleslav from Raiffeisenbank, which was a lender for CPI on the investment. The price of the transaction was not disclosed. The Bondy shopping center offers 16,800 sqm of retail space cut into 80 units, including a multiplex, food court and a mix of popular brands. The asset’s office component offers 2,800 sqm of space. “The acquisition is in line with the investment strategy of our group,” said CPI PG acquisition director Tomáš Salajka, adding that CPI aims to further strengthen its portfolio of shopping centers. CPI has one of the largest retail property portfolios in the Czech Republic, with 625,000 sqm of usable space.
