CPI Property Group opened a new City Market in Rožumberok in North Slovakia. This is the 29th retail park in CPI PG’s portfolio in the Czech Republik and Slovakia. The new addition offers 14 shops stretching across 4,500 sqm of retail space. Billa, Planeo Elektro, Orion, 101 Drogerie, Sportissimo, Orange, TXM and CCC shoes lease space in the park. The developer broke ground in May and received a use permit for the park in early December. CPI PG owns also a network of retail parks branded as Family Centers in Slovakia, along with properties with Tesco and Terno stores and the Lozorno logistic park. The 30th City market on 3,000 sqm will open in Třinec next year.
