CPI Property Group (CPI PG) has begun the reconstruction of a shopping center on nám. Republiky in the city of Kolín in Eastern Bohemia. The project, dominated by Billa supermarket in recent years, will get a thorough facelift, with costs estimated to run CZK 65m. The landlord hopes to be able to complete the modernization by February 2017. Vít Kala, Senior Asset Manager at CPI PG says that improving the tenant mix is also part of the plan, along with renovating the building and its interior. New services will be added as well as a café and retail space will expand across the second floor as well.
