CPI Group will open its retail park in Trutnov in November. Located on the northern outskirts of Trutnov,the project, which offers 22,000 sqm of retail space, is the largest property in CPI’s retail park portfolio.
It’s anchored by a Tesco hypermarket and an OBI hobby market, that’s scheduled to open on Wednesday. Additional store openings will take place two weeks later. Tenants include Elektro Planeo, Hervis Sport, JYSK furniture, Dráčik toys, dm drogerie, New Yorker, Gate and CCC Boty. The retail park was fully-leased shortly after the beginning of construction. Another CPI retail park in Třinec, which is scheduled for completion by the end of this year, is also fully leased.
