CPI to refurbish Campona shopping center in Budapest

CPI is planning to renovate the Campona shopping center in Budapest. The company will expand the property from 41,000 sqm to 70,000 sqm, with 30 percent of the new space to be set aside for leisure and recreational services and 15 percent earmarked for food and beverage operators. Plans call for the creation of a 3 ha public park near the shopping center. In the Czech Republic, CPI is planning to expand its Královo Pole shopping center in Brno and the Olympia shopping center in Pilsen. The food court at the Ogrody shopping center in Elbląg will also be remodeled.
