Resolution Property tapped Constructive Project Management (cPM) to manage the Galeria Pomorska extension, which is expected to bring an additional 10,000 sqm of retail space to the local property market. The cPM team will work with Balmain Asset Management and the property advisor DTZ on the project. DTZ is responsible for the existing part of the facility. A new multiplex operated by Helios will be installed during the mall extension, which is scheduled for completion by the end of the year.
