CREC has Daniel Morris as its new Senior Vice President of Development. With more than 25 years of commercial real estate industry experience, he has worked with prominent national tenants, including Aldi, Best Buy, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Cumberland Farms, Cracker Barrel, CVS, JCPenney, McDonald’s, Office Depot, and others. Prior to joining CREC, he served as regional vice president of development and leasing for Sears Holdings Corporation and as vice president of development and acquisitions with RMC Property Group in Tampa. Morris holds a bachelor’s degree from West Chester University in Pennsylvania and is a licensed Florida real estate salesperson and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
