The developer Crestyl has bought the 50 percent share in Central Kladno held by Asental Development in order to give itself full control over the asset. The price of the transaction was not revealed, but it’s part of a larger consolidation by Crestyl Group of its portfolio. Earlier in the year, the company bought out its UBM, its partner at the Dock in One project in Liben. Crestyl opened the 26,000 sqm mall Central Kladno in 2015 following an investment of roughly CZK 1.5bn.
