The businessman Cristian Sindie, one of the main creditors of the state company Romaero, is preparing the construction of an office building on a land that was co-owned by Cristian Rada, the shareholder of the former airline company Blue Air, and which is located near the STB Nordului bus depot.

Cristian-Teodor Rada initiated a Detailed Urban Plan (PUD) in 2020 with the aim of building an office project, which would also have a residential component, on a plot of approximately 2,400 sqm.

The project for which Cristian Rada obtained the approval of the mayor’s office provides for the construction of an office building with 8 floors and a useful area of about 5,200 sqm, which will also include an apartment with an area of more than 100 sqm and with a total of 108 parking spaces provided on two underground levels. The development cost of such a building is around EUR 8 million.
