Crosspoint Real Estate has launched an online portal where customers can locate available apartments, houses, villas as well as land and commercial spaces in Bucharest. Mihai Dumitrescu, the managing partner at Crosspoint Real Estate, said the portal was opened at the request of customers, mainly investors, who are interested in the local luxury real estate market. Crosspoint is an investment house with a portfolio worth more than €150m.
