Dallas-based Crow Holdings Capital has closed on an unanchored strip mall sandwiched between two big box stores in Brandon for $7.5 million. The company’s new asset, Lake Brandon Shoppes, is near the interchange of Interstate 75 and the Lee Roy Selmon Expressway at 11019 Causeway Blvd. Built in 2003 by Orlando-based Unicorp National Investments, the strip mall traded for $380 per sqf. and features national tenants such Starbucks, Quiznos, GameStop and Crispers. The center fronts a Costco Wholesale store and is across the street from a Walmart Supercenter.
