CTP has started work on a 70,000 sqm retail park just outside Brno. The scheme will offer a mix of large and small retail units as well as showrooms and demonstration shops. The first phase broke ground in May and will be operated by the Decathlon sporting goods chain. “Our future plans include furniture, food, DYI and many other specialized stores which will perfectly fit into the overall concept of the retail park,” said Remon Vos, CTP’s managing director.
Cushman & Wakefield is the exclusive leasing agent. “The park is situated at an established location opposite the Olympia Brno shopping center, which benefits from excellent visibility and accessibility from the motorway. It is located directly on a motorway exit and shoppers are accustomed to driving there. The project should complement the existing shopping center in this location with its range,” said Jiří Kristek, head of the retail warehouse team at C&W.
