CTP acquired two parcels of land in Hungary. One is located in Biatorbágy, and the second is near Dunaharaszti. Construction at both locations will begin in the second quarter of 2018, and CTP has plans to finish development there in the first quarter of 2019. These acquisitions are in line with CTP’s wider expansion plan for the country. The developer intends to increase its Hungarian portfolio from €250m to €320m by the end of 2018.
