In Ulcinj along the Montenegrin coast, the investor Cungu Company has opened a new shopping center in the region. The €4m center offers 5,000 sqm of retail space along with 150 parking spots. The center will offer a variety of international brands such as OVS, Cakan, Flo and Kidslend, in addition with amenities like playgrounds, a pharmacy, restaurants and laundry services. Around 80 people have been created in the connection with the new project, which is located on the edge of Ulcinj.
