GRP, the owner of Morski Park Handlowy has selected Cushman & Wakefield as the office leasing agent for its complex in Gdansk. Morski Park Handlowy is located on Przywidzka street and after expansion offers 41,000 sqm. Anchor tenants include DIY store OBI, Carrefour hypermarket, McDonald’s, Media Expert, Jula, Jysk and four brands of the Komfort group. Other facilities at the retail park comprise of Designer Outlet Gdansk and furniture store Agata.
