Cushman & Wakefield/Forton Macedonia has been named exclusive leasing agent for East Gate Mall in Skopje. The shopping center is part of the wider East Gate project, which will cover 500,000 sqm. In addition to the two-level mall, the largest private multifunctional real estate investment in Macedonia will also include residential and office components.
