Cushman & Wakefield is taking over the management of the Forum Liberec shopping center, totaling 47,000 sqm of retail space. The management team will be led by Tomáš Pešava. C&W currently manages 14 shopping centers on the Czech market. Ondřej Fukal, head of the property management team at Cushman & Wakefield, says the focus will be on solidifying the shopping center’s position on the highly competitive Liberec market as well as increasing footfall and tenants’ turnover. Forum Liberec, opened 2009, was acquired by Rockcastle this year for €80m.
