The Ministry of Regional Development (MMR) has announced a CZK 24 million contract for the next phase of the Information System for Construction Management (ISSĹ). The contract, awarded to Servodata, will focus on the further development and expansion of the system used by construction authorities. This follows the previous development phase by InQool, which was halted by the Office for the Protection of Competition (ĂOHS) as of September 23.
Servodata will continue the systemâs development, leveraging standard technologies and modular architecture. The company will also utilize InQool as a subcontractor. The ISSĹ, launched on July 1, has faced issues with building authority staff but is expected to meet legal requirements as it evolves. The MMR plans to enhance the system with additional functions over time, pursuing a modular delivery approach.
Deputy Prime Minister for Digitisation and Minister for Regional Development Ivan BartoĹĄ revealed the award of the contract on TV Novaâs âFive Minutes Twelveâ program. The tender process, announced in August by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, concluded with Servodata as the chosen supplier.
The MMR is currently appealing a fine imposed by the ĂOHS, which criticized the initial award process for lacking competition. The Ministry also faces scrutiny over the Builderâs Portal, which remains unaffected by the contract changes and continues under Principal Engineeringâs oversight.
