Israeli investor David Hay is preparing the first stage of development of a major retail park, located on DN1, near Ploiești, where he owns, together with his father, a land of about 30 hectares. The businessman could develop the project himself, but he analyzes the variants of the partnership and even the sale of the project.
“By the end of July, we plan to open the first facilities within the retail park, which will be called Stop Point. Subsequently, we want to develop, on about 15 hectares of land, a strip mall park with a total area of about 50,000 sqm. This year we will start pre-renting the project and we want to attract a first major anchor tenant. We can develop the project ourselves, but we do not exclude the variants of the partnership or the sale of the project,” said Marius Kirita, the investor’s representative. For space rental, the developer will work with Colliers.
