Cushman & Wakefield has hired David Townes to the post of Senior Director of Retail Brokerage in New Jersey. Townes joins Cushman & Wakefield from Ripco Real Estate and was the Founder of BrokerMap, a real-estate productivity app that enables brokers to create virtual maps of their properties. Townes holds a degree from in Journalism & Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. “We are excited for David to join our unparalleled national retail platform, which includes more than 800 professionals,” said Andrew Judd, Managing Principal Cushman & Wakefield. “He comes to us at a critical time when the traditional retail, e-commerce and industrial needs of our clients are converging more than ever before.”
