A partnership between Blackstone Real Estate Partners and DDR Corp. has acquired a retail center in Jupiter for $26.4 million. Located at 131 North Alternate A1A, the Concourse Village shops is a 132,970 square foot center anchored by a T.J. Maxx, Ross and Shoe Carnival. The asset was sold by New Jersey-based the Morris Companies which picked up the property in 2004 for $18.36 million. The deal was financed by a loan from Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas. DDR is a publicly traded company that owns and manages 378 retail properties throughout the United States and Puerto.
