Dedeman is hoping to expand its presence in northern Bucharest. The DIY retailer has its eye on a 5 ha plot situated along the Bucharest- Ploiesti highway. The land was put on the market last year by Aviatia Utilitara for about €15m.
Dedeman has been looking for opportunities to expand in the northern part of the capital for years, saying it sees potential in the area.
