A partnership between Dhanya of Miami, Inc and BREF Hillsboro has closed on the sale of the Shoppes of Hillsboro in Deerfield Beach. Selling for $12.75 million, the 61,465 sqf retail shopping center at 2201-2265 West Hillsboro Boulevard was purchased by a private investor from Hallandale Beach, FL. The center sold for just over $207 per sqf and boasts major tenants such as Bank United, Sage Dental, Optimum Bank and JByrd’s Muddy Waters. Marcus & Millichap’s senior managing director of investments, Douglas K. Mandel, represented the sellers and procured the buyer.
