Deichmann signed a lease on 445 sqm at Galeria Solna in the city of Inowrocław. The project’s pre-lease occupancy rate is now 80 percent.
Active in 22 European countries, the German retailer is one of Europe’s biggest shoe brands. Deichmann opened 3,175 stores last year. Galeria Solna’s tenant list includes 5th Avenue, Am Schoes, Adidas, Nike, Puma, Reebok, Fila, Galus and Victory.
