Dekoria has leased 856 sqm of retail space at the Domoteka retail complex in Warsaw. The Polish homeware retailer will open a store there in the first quarter of 2020. Pradera European Retail Parks, the owner of the retail complex, was represented in the transaction by Cushman & Wakefield. Domoteka is Poland’s first homeware-only retail scheme. The complex offers products from more than 600 brands from around the world and provides a wide range of services. The owner of Domoteka is Pradera European Retail Parks, owned by Pradera, a leading specialist property fund focused on shopping centers and retail parks in Europe and Asia. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland is the property manager of the scheme.
