The first Deli kantyna restaurant in Prague has opened in the Palladium shopping mall at Nám. Republiky in the center of Prague. The concept, introduced by the author of the Kolkovna restaurant chain, will occupy the mall’s largest restaurant unit (930 sqm). Cushman & Wakefield brokered the deal. “The Deli kantyna format is based on rural cuisine and caters to the customer’s time restrictions. The outlet will be divided into three sectors – a delicatessen with a baker’s offering home-made jams, a restaurant with seasonal Czech meals on offer, and a summer terrace,” says Deli Kantyna’s CEO Jan Chaloupka.
