Delray Beach shopping center sold to Menin Development for $370 per sqf

Menin Development has picked up a Delray Beach shopping center anchored by PetSmart and Sports Authority for $33 million. New Century Commons is a retail development in southeast Delray measuring 89,163 sqf at 500 West Linton Boulevard. Trading for $370 per sqf, other tenants in the scheme include a PNC Bank branch, Chipotle, and an AT&T store. The deal was financed with a $26.4 million mortgage provided by Goldman Sachs Bank. The deal marks the second purchase this week for the company, having closed on the purchase of Esplanade in the Grove retail center, also in Delray Beach, for $25.6 million.
