The Serbian company Delta Holding is purchasing a Bulgarian shopping mall in Varna on the Black sea. The agreement will be signed in the first week of September by AP Investment from Sofia and Delta Real Estate. Delta has been expanding its business in the region, having completed Delta City shopping mall in Belgrade and in the Montenegrin capital city Podgorica. It sold both in 2016. In Kragujevac, the company built Delta Park while in June this year, the company started the construction of a new shopping mall in Banja Luka. In Belgrade, the company is paving the way to construct a new mall at Autokomanda. In September, Delta will also be opening the InterContinental Hotel in Ljubljana, in Slovenia. The 23,000 sqm hotel required an investment of €50m.
