Delta Holding has sold its Delta City shopping malls in Belgrade and Podgorica to the South African investment fund Hiprop, which specializes in the acquisition of modern and established shopping centers.
With this latest transaction, Delta’s revenues from the sale of companies has reached €1.8bn, funds which it will invest in the developments, agrictulture and its distribution business.
Delta has €250m in investments planned in projects such as Delta Planet shopping mall, hotel InterContinental and a new office building in Belgrade.
