Dereco has sold a retail property in Cologne to Swiss Life. The purchase price was not disclosed. Located on Ehrenstrasse street opposite Willy-Millowitsch-Platz, the property offers 2,000 sqm of space and is currently fully leased. The anchor tenant is Gravis Computervertriebsgesellschaft. Corpus Sireo will be the property manager. Loschelder Rechtsanwälte advised the seller, while Stock Aders Klein + Partner acted as the advisor for the buyer.
