Designer Outlet Croatia is set to open next to the Ikea southeast of Zagreb in June. The 15,000 sqm outlet center will feature 75 stores and more than hundred lifestyle and fashion brands. The Austrian company ROS Retail Outlet Shopping will manage the property. This project is joint venture between Ikea Centers and Mutschler Outlet Holding from Switzerland. The total investment amounts to around €88m. The investors are planning to expand the complex over the new few years.
