Nikolai Deus-von Homeyer, former Director and Head of Corporate Development at Corestate Capital AG has established his own real estate investment firm called NAS Invest. The new company will invest in land plots, project developments, re-positioning and existing buildings located in Berlin and across northern Germany. Over the next three years, the company hopes to invest €100m. A €10m property in Berlin has already been placed in the company’s portfolio.
“Given the good economic and demographic outlook, the real estate markets in Berlin, Hamburg, Hanover and other metropolitan areas in the northern half of Germany will see positive growth, in both the short and long term,” claims Dëus-von Homeyer.
