Deva Mall is heading toward bankruptcy after creditors rejected the reorganization plan proposed by Dor Pluricomprest, the company that owns the shopping center.
Controlled by the Suciu family, Dor Pluricomprest owes its creditors more than €10m. The largest of these is Italo-Romena bank.
The tenant mix at the 9,000 sqm mall, which opened in 2008, includes Gatta, Orsay, Profi, Jolidon, Adidas, Mondex Benvenutti, Little Big, Samsonite, Transilvania Bank and BCR.
